This is achieved by developing quality homes, better neighbourhoods that ultimately lead to better living through our subsidiaries; Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd and The Ayer Hitam Development Sdn Bhd.
We are also maximizing our landbanks for optimum results and yield, cultivating it with sustainable oil palm and MYGap certified durian plantations through our subsidiary Yee Seng Plantation. Our Estates are located at the states of Pahang and Terengganu respectively.
Properties
Our diverse property portfolio extends across homes, commercial units and industrial buildings and hubs. Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd and The Ayer Hitam Development Sdn Bhd continue to launch new projects in the vicinity of Bukit Puchong.
We’re currently in the midst of developing a flagship project comprising of 1,290 acres in Puchong – an integrated township that is a true reflection of upholding our commitment in delivering value to all our property owners. Bukit Puchong’s strategic location makes it one of the most desirable developments of Klang Valley’s southern corridor.
Plantations
We acquired Yee Seng Plantations back in 2012 and now have more than 5,000 acres of land in Kerteh, Terengganu for the cultivation of oil palm. In addition, we also have 5,000 acres of undeveloped agricultural land in Pasir Raja, Terengganu. In Pahang, we have 1,000 acres of agricultural land in Gali, Raub for the cultivation of oil palm and durian.

We have embarked on planting of high quality durians at Gali Estate located in Raub, Pahang. The durians comprising of Musang King, Black Thorn, D24, IOI and Kampung varieties, are sold via B2B and B2C channels catering to local consumers and for overseas markets.
