Job Description

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Senior Manager, Project in managing the overall operations of Project Management Department including delivery of professional project management services, project planning, costing, safety & compliance and quality system implementation

Primary Duties:

  • Plan, strategize, implement and organize work for all sections in Project Management Department
  • Prepare timely management report and analysis on activities/ implementations to the Management
  • Assist in the preparation of project brief and requirements for the proposed development
  • Assist in the preparation of Master Development schedule
  • Responsible for coordination internally between department to obtain feedbacks, status update etc
  • Take charge in required materials/ tasks preparation for consultants’ engagement
  • Manage consultants to meet the project timeline and budget
  • Conduct technical coordination between consultants to minimize any error during construction
  • Oversee the tender process with consultant to ensure compliance to company SOP
  • Manage contractors to ensure the quality of work is achieved as per specification
  • Maintain good rapport between relevant parties such as consultants, contractors, government authorities and local communities
  • Focus on the successful delivery of the project and manage all aspect of the construction management
  • Lead and monitor consultant teams for the successful application of CCC.
  • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirement

A recognized degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural/ Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design or similar relevant disciplines.

Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in property development industry.

Able to manage multi-disciplinary works within project including handling project planning, budget, cost control, safety, and quality system implementation.

Good networking with consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed.

Good negotiation skills and project management skills.
