Job Description

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement property sales & promotion strategies in achieving business & sales targets

Primary Duties:

  • Carry out market study and market trend and update in Management Meeting on monthly basis
  • Provide product brief for the Project department team for concept design by the appointed town planner, architect and any other relevant consultants
  • Lead, plan and review sales strategies, sales/ product pricing & packages and plan for unsold completed, ongoing and new projects
  • Lead, plan and review all Sales team and Real Estate agent (agencies) on sales budget and target for daily/ weekly/ monthly/ YTD in order to achieve the company sales target in Business Plan
  • Lead, review and control all sales operation management including control and ensure effectiveness of spending on all sales related expenditure
  • Constantly develop new and innovative promotional sales packages, programs, events, to create and maximize customer engagement and experience
  • Research and keep abreast with current market development in order to respond and adjust constantly the existing Sales & Marketing strategies, including digital marketing for effective sales
  • Familiarity with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and sustainable development to achieve company set goals
  • Participate and contribute in product development
  • Research, propose and review regularly on pricing issues. Constantly developing new and innovative promotional packages and/or events
  • Review and ensure compliance to law, authority rules & regulations and Group's policies in respect of the Sales, Marketing and Sales Administration functions
  • Motivate, develop and train subordinates in order to achieve the overall objectives of Sales, Marketing and Sales Administration team, the company and the group as a whole
  • Manage and coordinate PR activities, i.e media release, interviews, speeches & etc of the Company and its agencies, if any
  • Proper understanding of competitors' sales and marketing initiatives, monthly planning on marketing calendar of events, digital marketing initiatives and preparation on pre-launches, launch till post mortem stages
  • Conceptualize, source, manage, and create 3rd party collaborations to enhance sales and marketing, CSR and digital marketing initiatives for win-win situations which will bring incremental value to AYER in such collaborations
  • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirement

A recognised degree in Sales/ Marketing/ relevant disciplines, or related post-graduate qualifications

More than 10 years of relevant experience in the Sales & Marketing or equivalent

5+ years’ experience in the sector related to property development is desirable

Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-driven with high level of integrity

Good negotiation skills, organizational skills, listening skills, highly motivated, flexible and result oriented

Possess own transport and willing to be mobile

This position will be based in Puchong, Selangor
